Role Description - Hairstylist (Please NO Assistants - LICENSED Professionals ONLY)

We are currently seeking to fill multiple Hairstylist roles as an AVEDA Pure-fessional Hairstylist. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing hair styling, color treatments, hair care, hair extensions and authentic guest experiences. ((If you hold a Florida Barber License, we offer Men's grooming/shaving services.)) The Hairstylist will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and giving them personalized style advice. Our Hairstylist are Commission Paid.

Interview Requirements

• Phone Screen interview


• Technical interview (REQUIRED regardless of years of service and industry experience)


• In-Person interview

Qualifications

• AVEDA Pure-fessional Stylist a Plus+ and not required


• Florida Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber *REQUIRED


• Exceptional Hair Care skills & knowledge of AVEDA Products


• Excellent Customer Service skills


• Strong Communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with a team


• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions


• Previous experience working in a salon


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Hairstyling College Diploma/Degree


• Advanced Training or Certifications (optional)
